Please review these terms carefully. By using GlamSync, you agree to the commitments and limitations outlined below.

Use GlamSync responsibly and within the law.
Paid plans renew until cancelled; fees are generally non-refundable.
We may update the service; material changes are communicated.

Acceptance & Eligibility

  • By using GlamSync, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the service.
  • If you use GlamSync on behalf of a company or team, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

Accounts & Security

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security incidents.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

Use of the Service

  • You may use GlamSync to manage bookings, clients, and related materials in compliance with applicable laws.
  • You must not interfere with or disrupt the service, attempt to access another user’s data, or reverse engineer the platform.
  • Uploads must respect intellectual property and privacy rights; do not store prohibited or harmful content.

Billing & Subscriptions

  • Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Taxes may apply based on your location and will be added when applicable.

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it to provide the service.
  • You are responsible for obtaining rights to any third-party content you use in GlamSync.
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Service Changes & Availability

  • We may update, improve, or modify features; we will provide notice of material changes when reasonable.
  • Occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or unforeseen issues; we work to minimize disruption.
  • Beta or experimental features may be offered with different reliability or support levels.

Disclaimers & Liability

  • GlamSync is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • To the maximum extent allowed, our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

Termination

  • You may stop using GlamSync at any time and can request account deletion.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk to other users.
  • Upon termination, certain clauses that by nature should survive (e.g., payments owed, limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of law rules.
  • Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless otherwise required by law.
  • You and GlamSync consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

Updates to These Terms

  • We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email.
  • Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
